One of the most important features of a hoover is the power supply. There are two main types of hoovers: corded and cordless. Corded hoovers have the advantage that they are usually more powerful and have a longer runtime. However, cables can be very annoying as they restrict freedom of movement. Cordless hoovers, on the other hand, offer the freedom to move around freely without having to worry about the cord.
However, they generally have a shorter running time and less suction power than corded models. An example of a corded hoover is the Miele Complete C3 PowerLine, which has powerful suction power and a long cord that allows freedom of movement of up to 12 metres. An example of a cordless hoover is the Dyson V11 Absolute, which has a powerful battery and a runtime of up to 60 minutes.
