CLEAN filter for ultra-fine particulate filtering
Each CLEAN filter for ultrafine particles features advanced filtration technology that can filter up to 99.97% of all particles up to 0.3 µm in size, providing absolutely low LEVELS of PM2.5 protection against bacteria.
Protect your family from unwanted guests
Protection against bacteria in the air is a prerequisite for a healthier home. The CLEAN filter for ultrafine particles has an antibacterial coating that destroys bacterial enzymes at the cellular level. Thus, up to 99.9% of all bacteria that accumulate in the air in your home and prevents further bacterial growth.
Absorption of unpleasant odors
The activated carbon filter made of coconut shells ensures that unpleasant odors and gases are filtered out of the air in your home. Odors created by pets, garbage, cooking, or household chemicals are made up of volatile organic compounds. These are permanently filtered out, so that it always smells nice and fresh in your home.
Intelligent filters
Each filter has an intelligent transponder that measures how many fine particles the filter is exposed to and when it needs to be changed. When the time is reached, this is done in the app aApp. Frequently asked questions about the Electrolux filters for Well A5 & Well A7 air purifiers
How long does the filter last?
This depends on the air quality and how often and how long the air purifier is turned on (on average, the filter should last about 12 months). With the activated carbon filter, it depends on the amount of gases it is exposed to (on average, it should last about 6 months).
How does the intelligent RFID transponder work?
The Well A5 and Well A7 series air purifiers are compatible with a range of filters that you can choose according to your individual needs. Each filter layer is equipped with an intelligent RFID transponder a, which helps to clearly identify the filter and thus detect its wear over time. Together with the built-in air quality sensors, the air purifier''s RFID transponders can determine the lifespan of the filters and show you in the Wellbeing app when it''s time to change the filter.
What is the ionizer and how does it work?
The ionizer generates a static voltage by emitting negatively charged ions into the room air. This negative charge is transferred to floating pollutants in the room air. As soon as these particles (dust, allergens, animal skin scales, etc.) are negatively charged, they stick to the nearest surface – in normal formNormally to each other. As a result, the particles can be sucked into the air purifier more quickly and neutralized there. The ionizer charges any particles in the air, making them easier to absorb by the air purifier or stick to the floor where they can be sucked up. The ionizer is absolutely safe and does not pose a threat to your health. The negative ions released into the air help to purify the air and are harmless. These ionizers are often confused with ozone generators, which produce a lot of ozone, which can be harmful to health.
NOTE: The WELL A7 has an ionizer, the WELL A5 does not.
NOTE: The filters can – miwith the exception of the mesh pre-filter – do not wash and must be replaced when they have reached the end of their service life.
