Highest filter efficiency
The circular design of the 360° filter makes optimum use of the entire cleaning surface. With multiple layers, pollutants and contaminants such as dust, fine dust (PM10, PM2.5 and smaller) and airborne allergens such as pollen are removed from the indoor air. Harmful bacteria and mould spores (their growth is prevented in the filter), cigarette smoke, exhaust fumes (also NO2), ozone as well as chemical vapours (formaldehyde, toluene, n-butane, VOC…) and odours are also filtered out of the indoor air.
The filter system consists of three types of filters: a pre-filter, an activated carbon filter and a HEPA filter layer, which cleans the indoor air of impurities with an efficiency of 99.97%. Efficient filtration through the use of innovative technology is combined in this replacement filter with the advantages of easy installation and long service life, so that your air purifier works for a long time without any problems, even in continuous operation.
Three purification stages in one
The fully integrated 360 filter module has been specially developed for the IDEAL AP 30/40 PRO air purifiers and uses three filter stages to purify the room air:

The pre-filter:

Consists of a thin filter net and represents the first pre-cleaning stage. Here, larger contaminants such as dust or hair are removed from the indoor air so that the following filter stages are protected and remain functional longer.

The HEPA filter

Achieves 99.97% efficiency in removing the finest particle pollutants with a diameter of less than 0.1 µm from indoor air and has been specially designed by IDEAL to consist of up to 5 filter layers.

The activated carbon filter

Effectively eliminates unpleasant odours. In this special filter element, more than 350g of activated carbon are used by the manufacturer, creating an absorption area equivalent to that of over 100 football fields. The activated carbon in this filter stage effectively eliminates harmful gases and volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde and unpleasant odours.
Intelligence built in
The special RFID chip used in the combi-filter always informs the owner of the air purifier about the degree of use and the wear of the replacement filter. Thanks to this information, the device automatically recognises when the filter element needs to be replaced and signals this on the display of the air purifier.
